Erris Homes customer and key worker Siobhan (centre) received an extra-special surprise when she arrived at Rosemeade for her new home demonstration earlier this week!
Siobhan and her partner Ben have reserved the Ripley home at Rosemeade, a stunning three-bedroom semi-detached home with spectacular views of the Huddersfield countryside, and are due to complete next week.
In addition to showing Siobhan around her new home at Rosemeade on Wednesday, sales manager Nick Ollis also presented two specially made gift hampers for Siobhan and her colleagues at The Kirkwood (formerly Kirkwood Hospice) who have worked tirelessly throughout the year despite difficulties due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The hampers included a selection of luxury alcohol, chocolates, and toiletries for staff at The Kirkwood to share, in addition to festive treats such as mince pies and seasonal biscuits.
“My colleagues and I at The Kirkwood would like to thank Erris Homes for the lovely hampers they have sent,” said Siobhan. “This year has been challenging, so it’s wonderful to receive some treats we can all enjoy.”
Earlier this year, Erris Homes also gifted hampers to key worker customers in Sheffield and Huddersfield as a thank you for all their hard work during the pandemic.

In addition to these gifts, we have recently announced that we are extending our popular Key Worker Deposit Contribution Scheme which offers a deposit contribution of up to £8,000 for key workers who reserve a new home before the end of June 2021!
As part of this scheme, we are have also extended our existing Refer a Friend scheme to include an additional £100 donation to local NHS charities when an existing customer refers a key worker to any Erris Homes development.
