We are fully committed to the Consumer Code, which is a standard practice that all quality new home builders must abide by. The Consumer Code, sets out mandatory requirements we must meet throughout our marketing, our sales process and our after-care customer services.
The purpose of the code is to ensure that our customers are treated fairly, that they fully understand the levels of service to expect from us and they we give them reliable information upon which they make their decision on. The code also is to guarantee that customers gain access to quick, low cost dispute resolution arrangements in the unlikely event they are not satisfied with our service.
As a condition of our registration with Premiere Guarantee, we must comply with the Consumer Code as sanctions can be imposed on us so this is very important to Erris Homes and everything that we do.
