Key Worker Deposit Contribution Scheme

As a token of our gratitude to all Key Workers for their tireless efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic, we're offering all Key Workers a spectacular deposit contribution of up to £8,000 until the end of 2020!

Are you eligible?

This scheme is open to all Key Workers listed under government guidelines as of 23rd March 2020.

How does the scheme work?

Erris Homes will contribute £1,000 towards the deposit of a new home for every £50,000 spent on the purchase price of the home.

£300,000 home £300,000 / £50,000 = £6,000 deposit contribution

£400,000 home £400,000 / £50,000 = £8,000 deposit contribution

£275,000 home £250,000 / £50,000 = £5,000 deposit contribution
