Over the past couple of months, the Erris Homes team in Yorkshire have pulled together to donate spectacular gift hampers for NHS hospitals local to our developments to say thank you for their tireless efforts in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Last week, we were thrilled to present Erris Homes customer Lydia Mazurek, an oncology nurse at St James’ Hospital, Leeds, with a gift hamper packed full of well-deserved treats for her and her team!
Lydia and her boyfriend, Jack, have reserved a stunning 4-bedroom home at Rosemeade, Huddersfield, and were on site to view build progress on their home when our Sales Manager, Nick Ollis, surprised them with the hamper.
Lydia was overjoyed, noting ‘it’s the smallest things with a personal touch that make all the difference!’

Erris Homes have also donated hampers of treats to Barnsley Hospital in response to their efforts during the pandemic. Charlotte, a midwife at Barnsley Hospital, is a customer at an Erris Homes development in South Yorkshire and was overcome with emotion upon receiving the hampers: 'It really does mean the world to us and is yet another reason we feel we made the right decision buying our home with Erris Homes.’
Lydia echoed this and praised the level of service both herself and Jack have experienced on their new home journey at Rosemeade: ‘I feel Erris Homes [have certainly provided a] personal and individual touch every step of the way!’
In addition to these gifts, Erris Homes are continuing our support of Key Workers across the region with the introduction of our brand new Key Worker Deposit Contribution Scheme, which will run until the end of 2020,’ he said.
Erris Homes will offer a deposit contribution of up to £8,000 for key workers who reserve a new home before the end of 2020. As part of this, we are also extending our existing Refer a Friend scheme to include an additional £100 donation to local NHS charities when an existing customer refers a key worker to any Erris Homes development.*
