Following the latest announcement from the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities & Local Government, we are excited to announce that we will be re-opening our sales office and show home at Rosemeade will be open to visitors by appointment only from Saturday 30th May.
The health, safety and wellbeing of our customers, team members and contractors is paramount to us. With this in mind, we have made necessary amendments to ensure social distancing rules and enhanced hygiene methods can be implemented properly throughout our sales office and show home at Rosemeade.
Primarily, we have increased sanitation of our sales office and show home and are conducting regular cleaning. In addition to regular sparkle cleans, the sales advisor will clean all surfaces, handles, knobs and bannisters after each visit.This includes choices for tiles and kitchen units. In the sales office, the sales advisor will practice social distancing of at least 2 metres and will be positioned behind a protective screen. Visitor seats positioned at a safe distance from the sale advisor. We kindly request that no more than two members of each household are present in the sales office at any given time and that visitors wear a mask for the duration of their visit whilst indoors.
All forms and checklists will now be signed digitally. Should you need to sign any forms, such as a reservation form, the sales advisor will email you the document for you to complete at home and return to us either via email or post.The sales advisor will be unable to guide you through the show home, so please do remember to keep a list of potential questions or queries as you are walking through the show home. All doors throughout the sales office and show home will be propped open with a door stop, increasing air flow and eliminating any need for visitors to touch handles.
Please note that our toilet facilities will not be available for visitors until further notice. We are also unable to provide food and drink for visitors at this time.
We kindly request that if you or a member of your household is showing any symptoms of COVID-19, including a dry persistent cough, a fever, or loss of taste and smell, DO NOT visit the sales office. Please contact the sales advisor to reschedule your appointment and self-isolate for 14 days as per government guidelines.
