As a token of our gratitude to all Key Workers for their tireless efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic, we're offering all Key Workers a spectacular deposit contribution of up to £8,000 until the end of January 2022!
Erris Homes are contributing £1,000 towards the deposit of a new home for every £50,000 spent on the purchase price of the home at our developments in Huddersfield and Sheffield, meaning key workers across Yorkshire are eligible for a whopping discount until the end of the year. This scheme is open to all Key Workers listed under government guidelines as of 23rd March 2020, including NHS employees, members of the emergency services, teachers and food delivery workers.

It is our hope that we can give back to those who have worked tirelessly to serve their local communities with the introduction of Erris Homes' new Key Worker Deposit Contribution Scheme.
'We are also delighted to announce the extension of our popular Refer a Friend scheme to further support key workers our communities,' he added. 'We will also donate an additional £100 to local NHS charities when a customer recommends a key worker to any of our developments in Huddersfield and Sheffield.'
