Following the latest UK Government update on 4th January in relation to the ongoing pandemic, the housing secretary Robert Jenrick has confirmed that the housing market is to remain open during the third national lockdown in England.
Erris Homes’ sales centres and show homes will remain open throughout this lockdown and we are confident that our construction of new homes in Yorkshire will continue relatively unhindered by the latest announcement.
The health and safety of both our valued customers and our team members has always been and remains our utmost priority, and we would like to reassure you that Erris Homes will continue to operate in compliance with current Government guidance on social distancing and hygiene.
Face-to-face visits and meetings can still take place and we are well equipped to support our customers over the telephone, by email, and via our website. We have successfully taken multiple virtual reservations throughout the pandemic and are confident we can continue to do so whilst ensuring our customers still have an enjoyable experience.

If you are unable to view our show homes in person or don’t feel comfortable venturing out, we’ve got you covered. Virtual tours of our Newsam, Bramham, and Howard homes are available below.
For visits to our sales centre and show home, we will continue to arrange bookings by appointment only and limit these to one household per visit (maximum two people from the same household) with strict social distancing measures in place to help keep everyone safe.
