Terms and Conditions:
This voucher is only valid from 19th July 2019 and must be fully completed and handed to our Sales Advisor upon the referred party's first visit to the development where the referred wishes to purchase their new Erris Home.
At the time of completing the voucher, the referrer must have already purchased and completed on their own Erris Home.
The form must be signed by all parties (referer, the person/people referred and the Sales Advisor). One £500 voucher will be gifted on legal completion of the purchase of the new Erris Home taking place.
Please allow 4 weeks after the legal completion date.
This incentive is not available to employees of Erris Homes, any person connected or related to such an employee, Erris Homes’ agents or any person either connected professionally with this incentive or offer or acting in a business capacity.
Erris Homes Ltd reserves the right to withdraw at any time.
Key Worker Refer a Friend Terms and Conditions:
This voucher is only valid from 30th May 2020 until 31st December 2020 and must be fully completed and handed to our Sales Advisor upon the referred party's first visit to the development where the referred wishes to purchase their new Erris Home. The Key Worker Refer a Friend scheme is available to all key workers listed under government guidelines as of 23rd March 2020. Proof of employment is required at reservation. Erris Homes’ decision in respect of the validity of any proof and eligibility is final.
At the time of completing the voucher, the referrer must have already purchased and completed on their own Erris Home.

One £500 voucher will be gifted on legal completion of the purchase of the new Erris Home taking place. Erris Homes will make a £100 donation to an NHS charity local to the the referred party's respective development.
